More Private Equity Firms To Adopt Ethical Guidelines

British private equity firms BC Partners and Cinven, and France’s OFI Private Equity have joined a small number of other firms in signing up to the United Nation’s Principles for Responsible Investment, according to Financial News. The framework, which is voluntary, is intended to improve social, environmental and corporate governance.
