IFC’s 12th Annual Global PE Conference in association with EMPEA
Location: Washington, DC
Date: May 11, 2010 - May 12, 2010
Consensus is growing that we are nearing a recovery in emerging markets private equity and despite a difficult start to 2009, most emerging markets economies have weathered the crisis intact– some are in fact leading the global recovery. During such exciting times, this year’s Conference will again bring together leading speakers from across the private equity industry and beyond to discuss the key challenges and opportunities in emerging markets private equity, identify which markets and sectors present the most compelling investment thesis and merit increased focus as well as explain how investors can best position themselves to maximize returns.
As the industry’s largest and most comprehensive event, this year’s Conference will build on the strong foundation of the last 11 events, with a specific focus on emerging market opportunities in this new financial world order and what lies ahead for emerging market investors. Last year’s event was a tremendous success with more than 650 people in attendance from over 55 countries around the world, and we expect this year’s Conference will draw an equally if not more extensive and well-rounded audience of high-quality delegates. Limited partners are again invited to join the LP-Only Breakfast on the morning of Day 2, co-hosted by the ILPA and EMPEA.
ILPA members are entitled to complimentary passes.
