The inaugural IFDA India Summit 2010, in Delhi’s Eros Shangri-La Hotel on 26th and 27th August, will examine the scale and scope of India’s ambitions to develop its infrastructure and hear from some of the country’s leading developers about the challenges facing them on the ground.
Simultaneously, with the help of senior government officials, regulators and bankers, we will look at solutions to the funding gap, including project equity, private equity and project finance, together with securitization and the creation of a secondary market to provide liquidity in the missing long-tenor credit tranche.
