Education & Training

As a critical driver of the association’s internal communication and education strategy, the ILPA develops programs that meet the quality standards expected by our membership.   The caliber of the individual programs is constantly evaluated and upgraded, incorporating members’ ideas and feedback into all educational offerings.  ILPA has transformed its educational programs from simple gatherings into highly organized conferences and engaging workshop sessions or timely and accessible webcasts taught by leading industry experts.  Our sessions feature interactive and collaborative formats, allowing members to learn from colleagues in addition to receiving formal instruction.

The ILPA educational platform is designed to represent the educational requirements of the diverse membership, including addressing the needs of:

• experienced Private Equity professionals at various levels of expertise
• new entrants into the asset class
• general interest groups
