Third Party Engagements
From time to time, the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) issues RFPs to engage third parties to spearhead various and sundry initiatives/projects on behalf of the organization.
A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted for consideration by qualified individuals/organizations for submission to the ILPA. The ILPA will consider entering into a contract for the implementation of the most acceptable proposal which will be determined having regard to the evaluation factors set out in the RFP. In addition, the acceptability of the contract terms and conditions upon which the respondent would be prepared to undertake the implementation of the proposal will be measured against the contract terms and conditions set forth in the RFP.

ENQUIRIES
All enquiries regarding any RFP must be submitted in writing to the ILPA as early as possible during the period of the RFP. To contact the ILPA, click here. Enquiries must be received no less than 5 calendar days prior to the RFP closing date. Enquiries or issues received after that time may not be able to be answered prior to the RFP closing date. To ensure consistency and quality of information provided to bidders, the ILPA will provide, simultaneously to all bidders any information with respect to significant enquiries received and the replies to such enquiries without revealing the sources of the enquiries.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
The third-parties will be paid for authorized reasonable and proper travel and lodging expenses incurred in the performance of the work, without any allowance therein for overhead or profit, and these costs which will be reimbursed in accordance with the ILPA’s Expense Policy.
All travel and lodging expenses must have received prior authorization of the ILPA.
RESPONSES TO RFP
Respondents should provide a written submission to the ILPA outlining:
- Qualifications to perform the work
- Remuneration expectations for the work to be performed
- Time line of deliverables for the project
- References
- Completed Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement if a condition of the RFP
- Quote project numbers
Please ensure that you include the project code with all material submissions.
** Any respondent that has already worked with the ILPA on previous projects may request an exception to resubmit qualifications and references if work completed is of the same nature as previous work performed.
