Kathryn is responsible for private equity asset class research at CPPIB. Prior to joining CPPIB, Kathryn worked in Acquisition Finance at Lloyds Banking Group (London, UK). There she was responsible for managing and structuring leveraged finance transactions. Previously, she worked in Transaction Services at PwC (Toronto), conducting due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. She has also worked in Audit and Assurance Services at PwC. Kathryn is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
