Aaron Daley is an Assistant Senior Investment Officer with the Washington State Investment Board, where he assists in managing a private equity program with net asset value of over $40 billion. In addition to day-to-day portfolio management, Aaron has led internal projects on topics including co-investment, subscription lines of credit, portfolio company metrics, GP-led Secondaries and SPACs. Prior to joining the WSIB in 2017, Aaron worked with PERACS (now MJ Hudson Fund Performance Analytics) and Capital Group Private Markets. Aaron is actively involved with ILPA as a member of the Content and Summit Committees. Aaron has a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from HEC Paris.
