I joined the Investment Management Division of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) in 2015 and currently manage the private credit portfolio within our Special Opportunities Team and evaluate multi-strategy co-investments. Team members evaluate and implement individual investment ideas and themes that meet the Trust objectives but fall outside traditional asset class silos. Prior to my current role, I was the assistant portfolio manager of the Public SPN (Global Macro) and Tactical Value (Opportunistic Credit) portfolios within the Strategic Partnerships & Research Team. I hold an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin and a B.S. in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
