The ILPA Workshop Series, offered in conjunction with the Members' Conference, is structured to deliver high quality programs with sophisticated, timely content, through interactive sessions led by industry thought-leaders.
Topics are sourced directly from members, the Education Committee and the ILPA Board and are required to meet a standard of quality that has become expected at the conferences. All workshop materials are posted to the ILPA’s website for access by all members.

Objective: To address back office best practices as illustrated from the GP perspective. Items addressed will include: financial reporting, tracking operating data and valuations of portfolio companies, preparing detailed quarterly reviews, LPAC meeting structures, hosting quarterly LP calls, partnership projections, preparing disaster recovery plans, valuation policy, and monitoring of external consultants.
