In the past two years, the issue of diverse representation in the workforce has hit a critical juncture in the private markets industry, with the pandemic heightening the focus on environmental, socialand governance considerations of GPs and their portfolio companies. Whilst the conversation in Asia surrounding D&I has improved, there is still much more to be done.
Now in its 4th year, the AVCJ Diversity & Inclusion Forum hopes to continue to push the discussion of diversity, equity, inclusion, and culture forward and to help pave the way for future generations in the Asian private equity and venture capital industry.
