Steve Moseley is Director of Private Equity and Special Opportunities for the Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (APFC). The APFC manages approximately US$65 billion in AUM for the state’s sovereign endowment. Steve manages approximately $11.5 billion in commitments and leads all private equity fund investment, co-investment, and direct investment activity for the APFC.
Before joining the APFC Moseley restructured, managed, and subsequently sold Marston-Ross Corporation, a Connecticut-based family investment office. Before that he was president of StepStone Group, a global manager of diversified private market assets and, prior to that, co-president of the direct investment division of StepStone’s predecessor company, Pacific Corporate Group (“PCG”). During his time at PCG Steve also served as CIO.
Earlier in his career, Steve served as a vice president in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston (“CSFB”) and as a principal in CSFB’s private equity investment affiliate, Windward Capital Partners. Before CSFB, Moseley was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch in New York, Tokyo and London.
Mr. Moseley received his MBA from Yale University and his BA from Wesleyan University.

Kevin McDowell is a Managing Director of the Alberta Teachers\' Retirement Fund Board (ATRF), an independent corporation that administers the pension plans for teachers in the province of Alberta, Canada. Kevin is responsible for the external fund portion of the ATRF private equity program. Kevin joined ATRF in 2014.
Prior to joining ATRF, Kevin was a Senior Principal at Alberta Investment Management Corporation
(AIMCo). He worked at AIMCo for 14 years, most recently in the private equity team for over 8 years and prior to that with the external public equity team for over 5 years. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, an M.B.A. from the University of Alberta and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a Board member for the Institutional Limited Partners Association.

Prior to joining CalSTRS, Ms. Wirth was a valuation consultant for Pricewaterhouse Coopers Valuation Services (and its predecessors) in New York and San Francisco. (This PwC practice later became the nucleus of the Duff&Phelps valuation practice). She was also previously a residential real estate developer in the Washington D.C. suburbs.
Ms. Wirth holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Kimberly Woods is a Senior Advisor supporting the Executive Director and CIO of the DC Retirement Board with risk and compliance matters across the entire portfolio. Her specific asset class focus is on the Private Markets program with an emphasis on investment and operational due diligence, business review and partnership negotiation work. Prior to joining the DC Retirement Board, she was the Director of Private Markets for the IAM National Pension Fund, a multi-employer pension fund. Before joining the IAM National Pension Fund, Ms. Woods was the head of private equity for the UMWA Health and Retirement Funds and her responsibilities included a range of activities including sourcing new investments, performing due diligence and monitoring a diversified portfolio of US and European general partnerships. Ms. Woods started her career as an analyst at JP Morgan in investment banking and later moved to Credit Suisse First Boston to cover telecommunication services in the Equity Research Department.
She is a graduate of the American University and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
