The Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) is pleased to welcome Rita McCusker to its senior leadership team as Managing Director of Strategy & Partnerships. In this role, McCusker will lead ILPA’s commercial strategy and serve as the primary liaison for the association’s industry and service provider relationships.

McCusker brings more than two decades of private markets experience to ILPA, including over 10 years with Cambridge Associates, as well as roles at Catholic Investment Services, Meketa Investment Group, and most recently, Northern Trust Asset Management, where she served as Senior Vice President.
