This program thoroughly examines LPAs and other key documentation and participants have the opportunity to “out it all together” with a live negotiation exercise. Led by faculty from DLA Piper, this program provides ample networking opportunities with our faculty and your legal team and investment team peers from within the ILPA membership. The ILPA Institute's Communicating with Influence for the Limited Partner program is designed for all LPs, regardless of your role.
