Chris Prestigiacomo is Head of Private Debt and Venture Capital at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB), where he oversees both direct lending (senior and mezzanine loans) and venture capital initiatives. Since joining SWIB in 2001, he has led investments in private debt and venture capital funds globally, as well as direct investments in emerging companies. Prior to SWIB, Chris spent more than a decade in commercial and wholesale banking, working with middle-market and technology firms. Chris is also a strong advocate for investing in Wisconsin’s innovation economy and fostering long-term value.
