Heather is Director of Legal Insights, Preqin’s in-house team of legal attorneys. She is also a lead in Preqin’s legal review function, and provides legal expertise to sister product lines Term Intelligence and FAIR. She was a guest speaker in 2024 at the ILPA LCON, Washington D.C. Heather joined Preqin in early 2021 and prior to that spent 15 years working in the corporate and private equity groups for Vinson & Elkins, Deloitte and Dentons in both the UK and China.
