Drawing on extensive consultations within the LP and GP communities and with technical experts, ILPA released the ILPA Reporting Template for fees, expenses, and carried interest in 2016.
The updated ILPA Reporting Template, released in 2025, is intended to replace the 2016 ILPA Reporting Template on a go-forward basis for Funds still in their investment period during Q1 2026 or for Funds commencing operations on or after January 1, 2026.
