DRAFT: Updated Portfolio Company Template

The ILPA Portfolio Company Template was first developed in 2019 to establish an industry standard for the periodic disclosure of portfolio company metrics to LPs. It was developed for LPs who proactively seek portfolio company data that exceeds what is typically provided in standard fund reporting. Since then, investor expectations for transparency have materially increased, and a greater array of technological solutions are available to support data ingestion and analysis. As part of ILPA’s initiative to deliver the next evolution of quarterly reporting standards, ILPA is updating the Portfolio Company Template and has a draft version available for comment. This public comment period will remain open through October 2, 2026.
