Joshua Geller has worked as a Deputy City Attorney in the Public Pensions General Counsel Division of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office for nearly ten years. He advises the City’s three pension plans (over $60B total assets) on all areas of the law, with an emphasis on institutional investing and municipal law. From 2017 – 2022 Josh served as an elected trustee for the City’s 457 plan, and he is also the President of the Los Angeles City Attorneys Association. Josh has been a member of ILPA’s Legal Advisory Committee since 2020.
