Sherrie Trecker, CFA, FSA Credential-holder

Sherrie Trecker is the Head of Sustainability at the Washington State Investment Board. In her role, she is responsible for ensuring that financially material ESG factors are appropriately integrated across all asset classes and investment strategies, developing and implementing the agency’s overall climate strategy, and developing a comprehensive ESG curriculum for investment staff. She also actively participates in the WSIB’s Investment Committee, ESG Working Group, and DEI Committee. Prior to joining the WSIB in 2019, Sherrie spent 13 years at Russell Investments in roles that included Derivatives Trading Operations Manager, Senior Research Analyst, and Institutional Consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from University of Washington and is a CFA charter holder. Sherrie is also Past President of CFA Society Seattle.
