Mr. Ault is a Vice President within Jefferies Private Capital Advisory and is responsible for all aspects of client engagements and secondary transaction execution. He joined Jefferies in 2021 as part of a team transition from Greenhill (formerly Cogent Partners). Prior to joining Greenhill in 2018, Mr. Ault worked at Adams Street Partners where he was involved with underwriting and monitoring secondary transactions. Mr. Ault holds a BA in economics from Indiana University.
