Members of the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) unanimously elected the organization’s Board of Directors for 2025-2026, appointing Scott Ramsower (Head of Private Equity Funds, Teacher Retirement System of Texas) as Chair of the body.
The vote was held at ILPA’s Annual General Meeting and Members’ Conference in Chicago.
“From educating and advocating on behalf of LPs to convening key industry stakeholders to find common ground around standards and best practices, ILPA plays a critically important role for professionals like me as well as the public educators we serve in Texas via my organization,” said Ramsower, a Board Member since 2021. “I’m honored to serve.”
“As a longtime member and dedicated part of our ILPA Institute faculty, we’re thrilled that Scott will be partnering with us in the year ahead as Chair of our Board,” said ILPA CEO Jennifer Choi. “The ILPA membership and its Board represent the best and the brightest in the profession, and I’m thrilled about all we’ll accomplish together in this year ahead.”
Newly elected additions to the Board include Anton Orlich (CalPERS), Del Hart (New Zealand Superannuation Fund), and Sean Kulik (Nunavut Trust).
