June 3, 2026 (Washington, D.C.) Members of the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) unanimously elected the organization’s 2026–2027 Board of Directors via e-ballot, with results formally announced at ILPA’s Annual General Meeting and Members’ Conference in Chicago.
Scott Ramsower, Head of Private Equity Funds at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas will serve his second term as Board Chair.
Helena Threlfall, Portfolio Manager at Local Pensions Partnership will serve alongside Scott as the new Board Vice Chair; Threlfall joined the Board in 2023. Aaron Daley, Investment Officer, Private Equity at Washington State Investment Board will serve as Treasurer.
Re-standing Directors include Jenny Newmarch, Head of Private Equity at Aware Super, Christian Dunn, Managing Director, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP), Chris Eckerman, Vice President and Head of Directs & Co-Investments, Texas Permanent School Fund, and Freddie Allen, Director, Private Equity Fund Investments at Temasek. Freddie will also serve as Board Secretary.
New additions to the Board include Sarah Anderson, Managing Director, University of Missouri, James Del Gaudio, Head of Private Markets, Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS), Victoria Entwistle, CIO, Alternatives, Lavedi Anstalt, and Fernando Prieto, Head of Alternative Investments, Afore Sura (Mexico).

Adrian Ohmer, Managing Investment Director, Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, Sarah Farrell, Managing Principal, Head of Private Equity Europe & Asia, Allstate Investments, LLC, and Swee Hong Yap, Portfolio Manager, Private Equity Funds & Co-Investments, Freemont Capital Pte. Ltd. have completed their tenure on the ILPA Board.
