This webcast was an industry-wide discussion on ILPA’s draft new Continuation Vehicle (CV) Guidance that was held during the public comment period to ensure the final CV guidance is responsive to the current market and reflects the industry’s full perspective.
The webcast features perspectives from the ILPA staff behind the project who dive into the updates and provide insights into ILPA’s approach to preparing the new draft CV guidance and supporting materials for CV stakeholders. The new draft CV guidance is intended to ensure GPs run CV processes based on improved conflicts management, a stronger evidenced commercial rationale, fair and defensible pricing, and robust process integrity. It is aimed at addressing GP-LP alignment challenges and enabling LPs to be informed participants in these transactions.
ILPA’s recent public comment period on its new draft CV guidance and supporting materials is now closed. We will consider the feedback received from this comment period as we finalise ILPA’s new CV guidance to be published later this year.
