Andrew Feucht

Andrew Feucht is a partner within the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice at K&L Gates. Andrew’s practice is focused on the area of alternative investments. He represents a variety of major national and international public institutions, private investment programs, and other limited partners in their investments in all manner of alternative investments. These investment partnerships include venture capital funds, leveraged buyout funds, and distressed debt funds, among others. Andrew has represented investors investing in over 400 investment funds and joint ventures involving 10s of billions of dollars. Andrew serves as a co-lead and key speaker for our annual Seattle and San Francisco Asset Management and Investment Funds Fall Conference series. He also spoke as a panelist at the NCPERS 2024 Annual Conference & Exhibition on ESG Trends in Investment Considerations and Securities Litigation.
