Chris Bonfield

Mr. Bonfield is a Managing Director within Jefferies Private Capital Advisory and is primarily responsible for coverage and execution of secondary transactions. He joined Jefferies in 2021 as part of a team transition from Greenhill (formerly Cogent Partners). Prior to joining Cogent Partners in 2007 (which was acquired by Greenhill in 2015), Mr. Bonfield worked at Bank of America where he was involved with underwriting and monitoring debt transactions for public and private media and telecommunications clients. Mr. Bonfield holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in economics and mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
