Holly is responsible for proactive outreach and relationship building with European members, driving membership growth and connecting members to the full value of ILPA’s resources. In this role, Holly serves as a key point of contact for European LPs, capturing member intelligence and channeling insights back into ILPA’s strategic priorities. This includes driving new member acquisition, onboarding and retention across Europe; connecting members to ILPA education, events and peer networks; and identifying and facilitating peer-to-peer opportunities through roundtables and convenings. Holly also supports Forum EMEA agenda development and contributes European member insights to shape ILPA’s wider strategic priorities and content agenda.
Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours from Queen’s University where she specialized in health and economics.
