Jeff Weber

Jeff Weber is a Vice President on the private markets team at the Minnesota State Board of Investment (“MSBI”), where he is responsible for manager sourcing, diligence, and monitoring across private equity, private credit, real assets, and real estate fund strategies. The MSBI’s private markets portfolio has a market value of approximately $22 billion, and MSBI commits approximately $4 billion per year to fund strategies across private equity, private credit, real assets, and real estate. Prior to joining the private markets team at the MSBI, Jeff worked at MSBI as an in-house lawyer, where he reviewed and negotiated side letter and limited partnership agreement provisions related to MSBI’s private markets fund investments. Before joining MSBI in 2019, Jeff served as an Assistant Attorney General at the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office.
