As an Associate for Diversity in Action at ILPA, Kelvin supports the implementation of ILPA’s DEI initiatives, industry engagement, and member-focused programs that promote inclusive best practices across the private equity ecosystem.
A graduate of George Washington University, Kelvin earned his M.A. in Higher Education Administration after completing his dual B.A. degrees in Economics and Political Science at Howard University. Prior to joining ILPA, Kelvin served as a Training Specialist, where he developed and facilitated learning programs, supported organizational development strategies, and advanced DEIB-centered training efforts.
