Mr. Singer is Deputy General Counsel at APG Asset Management US, which together with its parent, APG Asset Management, manages assets in excess of €480 billion for Netherlands pension funds. Mark advises APG’s private equity, hedge fund, real estate and infrastructure platforms on fund investments, co-investments and direct transactions. He is a graduate of Duke Law School, where he received a JD / LLM in International and Comparative Law, and Middlebury College.
