Maurice Gordon

Maurice Gordon is a Senior Managing Director and the Head of Alternative Investments for the Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. He has over 25 years experience in private equity investing, alternative investing, and portfolio management. Previously, Maurice was a managing director and head of The Hartford Insurance Company’s private equity investment group, and head of CIGNA Investment Corporations opportunistic credit area. Maurice began his investment career at The Northern Trust Bank in Chicago. Maurice earned B.A. and M.S. degrees in Economics from the University of Illinois and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
