Nima Katz is a Principal Counsel at the University of California. At the UC, she advises UC Investments on legal and operational matters relating to its portfolio of investments totaling approximately $169 billion, which includes retirement, endowment, and cash assets. She also assists the campuses on general corporate, transactional and policy matters. Prior to joining the UC, Nima worked as a corporate and securities associate at several law firms in New York City, including Mayer Brown LLP, White & Case LLP, Proskauer Rose LLP and Cooley LLP. Prior to her legal career, Nima worked as an accountant for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Australia.
