Nisreen Shammout is a Relationship Manager at the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA). She serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ILPA members, building strong relationships and connecting them to the organization’s resources, network, and expertise. She drives engagement across ILPA offerings, support member retention and growth, and help ensure a consistent, high-quality member experience.
Prior to ILPA, Nisreen held fundraising roles in the arts & culture sector, most notably as a manager of philanthropy and engagement at North America’s largest documentary film festival where she stewarded annual donors and a portfolio of investors in documentary film financing. Nisreen holds a BA in English from McGill University and an MA in Cinema Studies from the University of Toronto.
