Oliver Crowley is an investment funds lawyer with a particular focus on representing institutional investors, fund-of-funds and family offices to deliver their private market investment strategies. Oliver advises on fund-raisings and the subsequent deployment of that capital across all structures, geographies and asset classes. Oliver advises on all investment and lifecycle aspects in the private markets space: primaries, secondaries, GP stakes and lifecycle issues. Oliver works closely with his clients and seeks to maximise the deployment of legal technology,
