Rachel (she/her) serves as the Director of Human Resources at the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA), where she leads a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and performance management to organizational development. She is passionate about fostering inclusive workplace cultures and enhancing company values through creative, forward-thinking strategies.
Before joining ILPA in 2024, Rachel dedicated over a decade to the nonprofit sector, guiding HR for multinational organizations. Known for aligning people strategies with business goals, she has spearheaded transformative initiatives such as organization-wide training programs, HR technology upgrades, and diversity and inclusion efforts. Her collaborative nature and progressive outlook on the evolving workplace have allowed her to leave a lasting, positive impact in every organization she’s worked with.
Rachel holds a BA in Accounting from Misericordia University and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP). She is committed to fostering environments where employees feel valued, empowered, and able to thrive.
