Rita McCusker is ILPA’s Managing Director, Strategy & Partnerships. As a senior member of the ILPA executive team, Rita is responsible for developing and executing ILPA’s commercial strategy and leading relationship management for ILPA’s industry stakeholders and service providers.
Prior to joining ILPA, Rita spent over 20 years in the investment consulting, investment management and Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) industries. Most recently, she served as a Senior Not-for-Profit OCIO Specialist leading OCIO business development initiatives for endowments, foundations and healthcare institutions at Northern Trust Asset Management. Earlier in her career, she held roles such as Head of Private Investments Business Development and Head of Business Development and Client Service for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Cambridge Associates; Head of Client Service at Meketa Investment Group; and Head of Investor Relations at Catholic Investment Services.
Rita holds a B.S.M degree in Finance and Accounting from Tulane University and an M.B.A. from the Boston University Questrom School of Business.
