Steve is Managing Partner at Verdis Investment Management and a Senior Advisor at Still Pond Capital. He brings over 30 years of operating experience to private market investing, with particular expertise in technology-driven operational improvement for VC and PE-backed companies.
Steve’s technology leadership began at The Walt Disney Co., where he contributed to the launch of Disneyland Paris. He later held key roles at Alliance Data Systems, Peopleclick, Clear Communications, Alcatel, Fujitsu, and Daleen Technologies. At Fujitsu and Alcatel, he helped develop networking standards for global carriers through the SONET Interoperability Forum. Following Daleen’s IPO, he led the transformation of the company’s core product into a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
His experience spans entertainment, media, data systems, telecommunications, and enterprise software, with a consistent focus on translating strategic priorities into operational results.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida.
