Onboarding New Hires
The ILPA Institute offers a series of Online Self-Paced Programs, asynchronous courses that will be the first step in your training journey for any member of your team, particularly those new to private markets.
The PE suite of programming, The Fundamentals of Private Equity and The Economics of Private Equity, teaches the basics of the private equity asset class, the industry’s complex interdependencies, the typical economic arrangements structured between LP and GP and other parties, and the ILPA Principles and templates that have shaped the industry and the role of an LP.
These programs provide an interactive, self-guided experience on private equity essential terms, strategies and challenges. Discounts are available if you purchase a bulk order of registrations and can be included in onboarding packets provided to new team members, summer interns and back-office staff.
Investment Professionals
