Overview
This course will walk participants through the basics of the Private Equity asset class and the typical economic arrangements structured between Limited and General Partners and other parties. Participants will gain exposure to the standard flows of monies through the private equity investment process as well as ways to evaluate returns, overall performance and post-investment monitoring.
This course combines an essential extract of ILPA’s classroom curriculum and expert practitioner faculty with the ability for the participant to engage “anytime, anywhere” at their own pace and convenience via an individual, online guided learning journey.
