August 18, 2026 (Washington, D.C.) – ILPA today announced that Neal Prunier, Managing Director, Industry Affairs, will transition to a Senior Advisor role effective August 18, supporting the organization through a leadership transition as it begins a search for his successor.

“Neal has played a meaningful role enhancing ILPA’s impact in the industry for the past seven years. We are thankful for his leadership and glad to have his continued support as Senior Advisor as we plan for the future,” said ILPA CEO, Jen Choi.

Mr. Prunier shared that, “It has been a privilege to help build ILPA into what it is today. I am proud of what we have accomplished as an organization, and I’m looking forward to supporting a smooth transition and staying engaged with the private markets investment community that I care deeply about.”

ILPA will provide updates on its search process for Mr. Prunier’s successor in the coming months.
