From Accolades to Accreditation: It’s All Possible with the ILPA Institute

Every time you complete an ILPA Institute program, it’s certainly a reason to celebrate! From joining the ranks of our Private Equity Investment Certificate recipients, to earning CPE, CLE, or CE credits, read on to learn how your ILPA Institute education earns you accolades—but also accreditations.

ILPA’s Private Equity Investment Certificate

When you complete an ILPA Institute program you will receive a certificate of completion. But, did you know that LPs who complete ILPA’s core group of  intensive classes (Legal Documents, Portfolio Construction, Investment Due Diligence, Navigating the Manager Relationship, and GP Value Creation) receive the ILPA Private Equity Investment Certificate (PEIC) certificate, and the honor of becoming ILPA Institute Alumni?

Check in with the ILPA Education team to see what classes you still need to complete to join the over 200 LPs with this illustrious status.

From CPE, to CFA, to CLE

For the accountants out there, ILPA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. All of our live programs qualify for CPE credits so don’t forget to mark yourself as wanting credits next time you register for an ILPA Institute program.

ILPA members also have the ability to earn CE credit with the CFA Institute for their participation in the live programming and can use their online CE tracker to document it.

Speaking of CLE, ILPA also recently announced a new partnership with CeriFi to simplify how you track and receive your CLE credits at ILPA’s annual Legal Conference, held September 24-25.
This paperless process will help you receive your credits faster and more efficiently than ever before—no waiting, no manual forms.

As always, reach out to education@ilpa.org to learn how you can make the most of your ILPA membership through education.
