ILPA Membership
As defined by the bylaws of the ILPA Board of Directors, ILPA membership is limited to institutions (and individuals within those institutions) that invest or intend to invest in a portfolio of private market funds or direct investments primarily for their own account.
ILPA Associate Membership
The ILPA Associate Membership category is limited to specific teams within institutions (and individuals within those teams) who invest as an institutional investor through limited partner vehicles including funds, fund of funds and co-investments, on behalf of clients.
