ILPA Webcast: Updated Continuation Vehicle Guidance and Open Public Comment Period

Join ILPA for an industry-wide discussion on the updated Continuation Vehicle (CV) Guidance currently open for a public comment period (available here) until August 5. This webcast will be available to all ILPA Members and the broader industry to provide greater transparency during the comment period and help ensure the guidance benefits from the industry’s full perspective. The webcast will feature perspectives from the ILPA staff behind the project to dive into the updates and provide insights into the approach with the guidance, which is intended to ensure improved conflicts management, enhanced commercial rationale, fair pricing, and better process integrity that allow investors to be informed participants in these transactions.
