ILPA Town Hall: Glass Half Full? Capital Calls, Cash Flow And Liquidity In Uncertain Times (May 21, 2020)

ILPA hosted an interactive Town Hall where the expert panel looked at capital calls, cash flow and liquidity during the current COVID-19 crisis. The audience-driven discussion delved into how LPs are navigating a number of variables in managing their liquidity and commitment pacing in these uncertain times. ILPA hosted an interactive LP-GP Town Hall featuring seasoned IR professionals from leading GP firms and a seasoned LP CIO to review communications best practices, valuation conversations, engagement with portfolio companies, and changing GP tactics to protect the portfolio and capitalize on new opportunities. Webinar - Through the Wire - Working from Home as an LP (April 30, 2020)

ILPA hosted an interactive discussion about working virtually in the COVID-19 era to help LPs understand approaches others are using to strengthen operations and team dynamics. Close to 100 individuals joined the discussion live to share their opinions on topics including the merits and drawbacks of virtual due diligence, and when they believe normal business travel will resume. ILPA Interactive Town Hall: COVID-19's Impact on PE Portfolios and LP Operations (March 26, 2020)

ILPA hosted an interactive Town Hall where members of ILPA's Board of Directors discussed emerging and anticipated patterns in deal volume and pricing as well as shifts in LP internal operations in response to the crisis. ILPA Policy Engagement

On March 31st and April 2nd, ILPA sent letters to the U.S. Treasury (“Treasury”) and U.S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”), and the Federal Reserve and U.S. Treasury respectively to ensure access to government-backed lending facilities established to help companies and employees during the COVID-19 crisis.  These lending facilities were established as part of recently signed legislation titled the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (“CARES” Act), which was passed on March 27, 2020.
