Karsten Sinner is Head of Infrastructure Funds and Regional Head of Funds in the North Africa, Levant and Turkey regions. Prior to joining EBRD, Karsten was responsiblefor equity investments in infrastructure funds in Europe at the EIB. Karsten also held positions at Babcock & Brown, Deutsche Bank/Morgan Grenfell and Transport for London. Karsten holds a post graduate degree in Business Administration from the European Business School in Germany and attended San Francisco State University.
