Camilla Axvi is Head of Private Equity at the Second Swedish National Pension Fund (AP2). AP2 manage approximately 35 billion USD where the Private Equity portfolio is 1,8 billion USD. AP2 invest in a global Private Equity portfolio across regions, strategies and styles. Since 2008 Camilla has been a Portfolio Manager in the team of External Managers mainly focusing on public assets and as an alternate on private equity. In this role she was responsible for analyzing asset and sub asset classes, analyzing and selecting external managers, constructing portfolios of mandates within the fixed income universe as well as alternate responsibility within the equity universe. Since 2014 she headed external public fixed income assets as well as public equity mandates since 2015. Camilla joined AP2 in 2001 from Volvo Treasury AB where since 1996 she worked as a risk analyst within Risk Management. Prior to current position at AP2 she worked as senior risk analyst within Risk Management from 2001-2008. Camilla holds a Master’s Degree in Business from the University of Gothenburg, School of Business, Economics and Law (1996) and a CeFA from the Stockholm School of Economics IFL Executive Education in association with The Swedish Society of Financial Analysts (SFF) in 2004.
