On an annual basis, the ILPA brings the membership together for a three-day gathering of private equity professionals in an LP-only environment. Over 230 LPs participate in interactive educational workshops, share experiences, discuss issues impacting the asset class, make new connections and catch up with familiar colleagues. All content is customized for limited partners.
The agenda is made up of nine workshops, of which attendees are able to attend six. The timely workshop topics are sourced directly from the membership from the perspectives of due diligence, legal, valuations, quantitative, portfolio construction and peer presentations. Two additional workshops are available as part of the senior stream, with topics specifically chosen to address the top of mind issues of senior heads of private equity and CIOs. Agendas also include keynote sessions, peer-led roundtables and other topical sessions which provide interesting insight into a current industry issue.
The registration fee is subsidized for members to ensure accessibility and affordability, and the conference location changes annually.
