      Description:

A draft of the ILPA Portfolio Company Metrics Template was published in August 2018. This new reporting standard, focused on buyout and growth funds, supports LPs that systematically collect, aggregate, and analyze portfolio company metrics, many which aren’t typically disclosed in fund financials. This webcast will discuss the benefits and challenges of monitoring at the portfolio company level, including insights into how such an analysis can optimize better investment decision making. It will also provide an overview of the draft ILPA PortCo Template and solicit attendee feedback that will inform the final version (to be published in Q4 2018).

      Key Learning Objectives:

      • Understand the benefits and challenges of monitoring at the portfolio company level
      • Learn about the features and future development of the proposed ILPA Portfolio Company Metrics Template
